Plant Manager- GA- cabinet experience- relocation provided

Salary- up to 140k. Relocation provided to Eatonton GA. Must be on-site. Plant Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve Daily production targets
• Communicate and Maintain Company Core Values throughout the company
• Establish Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs for the team
• Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation
• Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job
• Establish an effective Top down Communication
• Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives
• Plan and implement manufacturing growth plans with plant layouts and machinery selection and handling systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred

• Previous experience in a similar leadership capacity in Kitchen cabinet Industry is a must

• 5+ years plant management experience
• Organization skills for plant practices required
• Computer literate, comfortable operating in a modern ERP system
• Excellent people skills and an effective communicator
• A very numbers/metrics driven personality
