Position Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Proficiency with Mastercam.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems as the arise.

Consider tools required to cut materials and program machines accordingly.

Willing to work efficiently to meet timelines.

Be able to adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.

Read technical drawings and determine a proper setup to machine the part.

Must have a strong attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience working in a manufacture setting is highly recommended.

Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Skilled troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise.

Available to work Saturdays and overtime.

Prefer Mastercam experience.

Required Education and Experience:

two-year Accredited College or University in Mechanical, Electrical, Plastic or Manufacturing is preferred.

Machine shop experience preferred.

Plastics Tooling experience preferred.

Work Environment:

Office / Warehouse environment. Employee may be occasionally exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts in motion, hazards associated with a manufacturing environment such as overhead cranes, welding, machining, painting etc.
