Tiny Fish Printing is a community-oriented screen printing company located in downtown Rochester, NY. We utilize state of the art equipment and are dedicated to high-quality printing. We stay busy.

Primary Responsibilities

Pre-Press Tech is responsible for the creation and maintenance of the screens used throughout the printing process. Some of the tasks you would be asked to perform.

Powerwashing spent stencils for screen recycling

Print, Expose and develop stencils for the printing process

Inspecting stencils for pinholes

Taping and preparing the screens for the press teams

Work Environment

Relaxed/informal dress code.

Open and easy communication with senior management.

Exposure to a wide range of temperature shifts including humidity and heat.

Moderate to loud noise levels (ear protection is required)

Compensation

Pay is primarily based on experience. Entry-level candidates can expect to be paid $14/hr
