Machine Operator

International Wire is looking for machine operators for the Camden locations. Positions will involve the setup and operation of wire fabricating equipment. Fork truck operation may be required as well. These positions are typically 2nd or 3rd shifts and will involve working 8 hours.

Perform standard responsibilities as a machine operator within the department.

Daily communication with supervisor, other operators, and other shifts to ensure operational objectives are met.

Provide continuous improvement ideas for Safety, On-Time Delivery, Quality, Cost Reduction and Efficiency.

Support and comply with company policies and procedures as applicable.

Be able to perform parts inspection as listed on the documented procedures and enter data into a computerized collection system.

Demonstrate good housekeeping ability.

Work in a safe manner.

Safely handle materials of various sorts.

Starting operator rates up to $17.87/hour

$1.00/hour increase after training is complete

$.50/hour shift differential

$1,000 bonus after first 12 months
