This role responsible for planning, organizing, and managing assigned projects to meet scope, timing, budget expectations, and overall project outcomes. This role can participate in or lead sessions for projects and programs. The role engages with team members, leaders in cross-functional business units, and executive leadership. This requires cultivating stakeholder relationships and collaborating with subject matter experts by working in a consultative and analytic capacity. The Lead Technical PM will support complex programs and assist leaders with meeting business objectives to advance the business forward. This individual will guide project teams to make decisions and set baselines with the use of data-driven analytics.The Main ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionDrives operational improvements by supporting implementation of major initiatives that have significant cross-organizational impact

Focuses on what is best for the needs of the customer and company

Uses outcome-focused project management to achieve desired results

Influences the project team and the atmosphere in which the team works

Coordinates interactions between the project and key stakeholders

Selects appropriate processes for the project

Develops and maintains the project schedule

Leads and directs project planning efforts and identifies dependencies between activities

Identifies and analyzes project constraints and assumptions

Maintains control over the project by measuring performance and determining if there are any variances from the plan

Additional ResponsibilitiesManages the project plan and timeline to meet project objectives

Delegates activities to appropriate project team members, coordinates project activities, and tracks deliverables, owners, and target dates

Holds others accountable for completing delegated activities on time

Uses creative approach in negotiating & problem solving to assist with removing roadblocks

Ensures the project team remains within scope

Ensures launch readiness of all impacted teams

Participates in executive level briefings, and communicates with executive level positions within Service Delivery

Acts as PM mentor to other teammates

Contributes ideas for improving team processes

What We Look For in a CandidateQualificationsBS/BA or equivalent demonstrated expertise in project management, technical management, operations management, or related field

6-8 years project/program management experience

PMP or PRINCE2 Certification

Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry

Familiarity with IT processes, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) programs

Knowledge of company processes, policies, and systems

Has financial acumen

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Has previous process improvement experience
