WE ARE HIRING MATERIAL HANDLERSIN MASSILLON, OH

DETAILS ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

$13.50/hr and+ an extra .25/hour increase for each successful 30 day performance review.Once hired to company, pay is $16.13/hour (2ndshift + .30/hour and 3rd+ .40/hour)

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Follows batch ticket and other instructions to complete the paint and coating production or rework process.

-Stages, prepares, lifts, and loads raw materials and other components required for the production process; may also utilize a computerized, mechanical, or automatic process to lift and/or load materials.

-Responds quickly to line stops/shut downs, analyze stoppage issues, and be able to figure out the problem quickly to reduce downtime.

-Monitors and adjusts gauges, valves, switches, pumps, and other components according to production requirements; follows appropriate sampling techniques.

-Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations; requires the employee to wear safety equipment or gear.

-Completes appropriate paperwork and/or enters data regarding materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and other operations to ensure records and actions are accurate.

-Assists with maintaining a clean and safe working environment and may perform various janitorial or housekeeping tasks.

-Communicates with maintenance, quality control, warehousing, and other departments to maintain a safe and effective environment and to ensure quality products.

-STEEL TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED
