6+ months (expected to extend based upon performance and potential for very long-term)One - The customer is looking for someone with a Sr. Project / Program Manager (not Technical), someone who has experience providing structured problem solving and can align internal managers on priorities and conflicting deadlines / objectives. This resource needs to have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast moving environment. Exposure to SAP is a plus, but not required. Previous experience working for a Healthcare / Medical manufacturing / Contact Center type of company is a plus.Two - The role of the Project Management Consultant is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to scope, deadline and budget, as well as manage ongoing IT operations activities by following ITIL Based ITSM Processes. This includes directing resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Management Consultant will also define the project’s objectives, participate in projects planning and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Seeking Senior Program/ Project Management Consultant with a proven track record of managing and driving Structured problem solving initiatives.Proactive, structured, follow up working attitude is a must to drive tasks as planned with stakeholders. Candidate will have experience working with dynamic IT team with juggling priorities and schedules.Responsibilities include but not limited to proactively drive the team towards structured and planned targetsSense, identify and resolve challenges that may preclude timely completion of tasks in timely fashion.Work experience with healthcare and or medical-technology manufacturing/service area is a plus.Knowledge and experience with PMI, ITIL V3.0 framework / ITSM Processes is equally important to drive multiple projects & operations work as part of project portfolio.Previous working experience in a program/ project related to Structured Problem Solving initiatives is desired.
