PL/SQL Developer

The qualified candidate must possess 5+ years of the following skills and experience:· Significant knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL including tuning, debugging, complex SQL· queries, stored procedures, packages, functions and cursors.· Oracle 10g, 11g or Oracle 12c· SQL Server 2014 or 2016· MS Team Foundation Server, version control· Efficient and effective management of resources.· Information security standards· Software development best practices· Strong analysis and design skills· Hands-on experience with Mongo DB and GitHub a plus· Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in an effective and timely manner· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and staff.· The entire Software Development Life Cycle: planning, tracking, design, development,· successful implementation, testing, documentation and installation of point-of-sale or financial· management systems.· Strong project management, analysis and organizational skills.· Excellent ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.· Capable of adapting to changing situations and priorities.· High proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the project· team, LADBS staff, and other City departments.· Experience working respectfully in a culturally diverse work environment.Ability to work independently and with teams
