Experience Preferred- What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Systems or other relevant subject area
- Should have the ability to understand the operations and its related components nature of the job and support applications
- Experience creating and maintaining reusable components and libraries in JavaScript and Java
- Ability to work in a complex environment
- Self-starter who can work without a lot of supervision or direction
- WCS issue resolution
- operations for WCS, OMS etc
- Incident management and ticket handling
- WAS Deployments
- Basic shell scripting
- Problem ticket creation
- Monitoring
- WCS knowledge
- Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Akamai Mpulse, Tivoli, nmon etc.
- Understanding of OMS, WMS, WCS end to end flows
- Basic shell scripting
- Monitoring capability and analytical skills to form issue patterns etc.
