Robotic Welder – 1st Shift

Operate our newly purchased Industrial Grade Miller Robotic Welder

Weld steel and stainless steel firepits – opportunity to work on custom projects as well

Provide input into adjustments and changes that will make the process more efficient

Consistent first shift work of 50 hours per week Monday – Friday (additional OT available on Saturdays but not required)

DS Stoves is looking for a Robotic Welder to join our team. We do have additional openings for welders without robotic experience. Our Ideal Robotic Welder

Experienced: Looking for at least one year of experience in using a robotic welder to manufacture steel and/or stainless steel products.

Systematic: Someone who approaches work in a step-by-step, process driven way to make sure nothing is missed.

Observant: Able to notice defects or misplaced welds to ensure all products are high quality. Pays attention to details.

Efficient: Notices problem areas or bottle necks and looks for ways to make things work more efficiently.

Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Hungry to do a great job. Strong interpersonal skills.

Positive: Sees the bright side. Optimistic. Friendly

Active: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, operate equipment and do the physical work associated with welding.

What We Offer Our Robotic Welder

Hourly Pay: $20-$25+ p/h DOE

Health Insurance Reimbursement

Consistent first shift schedule of 50 hours per week (Overtime pay)
