Badger State Staffing of Appleton is currently recruiting for a Paper Converting company in Little Chute, WI. The available shifts are:
Shifts are nights 6 pm to 6 am (36 or 48 hours per week; 12-hour shifts; every other weekend off on a 2-2-3
Job Overview:
This position is very fast-paced and requires the employee to balance priorities while achieving positive results in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity.
Job Duties:
-Perform packaging equipment setups and the operation, this may require additional troubleshooting of
equipment to achieve optimal performance of equipment.
-Oversee supporting equipment within the sheeting line.
-Perform minor preventive maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting packaging equipment.
-Perform quality checks to assure the product meets quality expectations
-Maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of machine operating experience
