CNC Laser/Turret Programmer

Looking for a reliable Laser/Turret Programmer to join our team on 1st shift!

-Reviews special CNC programs based off CAD files provided by Engineering for set-up personnel at the computer controlled equipment (laser, or turret machines)

-Creates sheet sizes and CNC programs for prototypes to be punched on the turrets or lasers and assures that material sheet yields are maximized

-Troubleshoots problems related to CNC programs and set-ups

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read and analyze blueprints, verify flat pattern development and generate CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication equipment (lasers and turrets)

-Knowledge of CAD systems and SolidWorks

-Previous set-up and operating experience with various types of CNC equipment a huge plus

-Precision sheet metal fabrication preferred
