Production Laborer

Anderson Precast & Supply, Inc. is a local manufacturing facility currently accepting applications for a production crew member in our production shop. We hire quality individuals who will give 100% for competitive pay. The work is physically demanding; applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to safely lift 75 lbs. occasionally. This individual must be enthusiastic, a team player, familiar with tools, and safety-oriented.

This is a full-time position at our production shop centrally located between Bozeman, Four Corners and Belgrade. Our surprisingly technical production shop operates a specialized batch plant which produces our SCC-Grade concrete. Production Crew Members turn raw materials into high-quality precast concrete structures.

Employees who qualify receive six paid holidays a year. We offer health benefits at this time, Simple IRA, Vacation pay. Hours are Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday. Hourly pay starts from $2. Successful candidates will have excellent work references, a clean background check, and pass a drug test. Employees must agree to participate in our Safety Program and our Drug Free Workplace Program, including random drug testing.
