Quality Manager

Triad Fastener is an established 50 year leader in the plastic injection molding industry and is actively seeking an experienced Quality Manager. This is a position that requires hands on involvement and training with operators as well as a professional competency and ability to communicate and negotiate with customers. This role requires excellent management and people skills as well knowledge and experience. We are an aggressive company looking to grow. Requirements:

5+ Years working with injection molding industry

Experience working with and leading cross functional teams in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.

Experience working with and leading cross functional teams in the PDCA /DMAIC processes (PDCA- Plan, Do, Check, Act DMAIC- Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)

Above average computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint

Experience working with and implementing Lean Manufacturing Techniques

Knowledge of GD & T blueprint reading

ASQ certification and injection molding experience a plus.

Six Sigma Certification or training preferred

Responsibilities:

Developing and leading Quality Team members

High level of professionalism is required

Knowledge and active application to required Quality standards with successful participation in all audits

Preparing and efficiently handling 8Ds

Working with customer quality teams

Leading and collaborating with cross functional teams

PPAP preparation

CMM operation

QS/TS maintenance

Operational items

Following up and maintaining proper documentation
