Job Description

We are looking for a talented marketing professional to play a critical role in driving Alertus’ rapid growth. The Channel Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and will be key to bringing our mission to life. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partner and reseller marketing programs to generate revenue, maximize partner engagement, and acquire customers.

This is a self-driven position where creating engaging, value-driven marketing materials for our partners is integral to driving sales and increasing partner engagement. Our ideal candidate is an expert collaborator with the ability to leverage their creativity and channel marketing expertise.

A Day in the Life:

  • Create and source content for website, newsletters, blogs, email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute the webinar program for partners
  • Design and develop product information, landing pages, brochures, and communications pieces, all focused on each partner’s unique requirements
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and the channel business, cultivating, distilling, and sharing insights as appropriate between both teams
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of communications deliverables
  • Manage Alertus Partner Portal
  • Support marketing and logistics for partner events and trade shows
  • Prepare, format, and edit presentations and other marketing materials
  • Other duties assigned as needed

What You'll Need

  • BA/BS
  • 2+ years experience in a channel marketing role
  • Experience using email automation platforms, such as Pardot and Marketo, and client relationship managers, such as Salesforce
  • An understanding of email execution and best practices
  • A team-player mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to drive projects to completion
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting expertise
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • HTML/CSS proficiency with the ability to build and edit email and landing page templates
  • Knowledge of email regulations such as CAN-SPAM, Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL), GDRP, and CCPA
  • SEO, SEM, and Google AdWords experience
  • Adobe Suite, Photoshop, JavaScript experience
  • Editorial and press release writing experience
