Job Description

The HR Business Partner will possess and exercise exceptional skills in: problem solving, strategic thinking, project/process management, coaching and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management including supporting formal annual targets setting & performance review processes; and proactively identifying & addressing people performance issues
  • Partnering with the Talent Development team to implement Talent Review & Succession Planning solutions
  • Advising Compensation & Benefits team on related issues & needs and participating in program design as well as managing program implementation and implementation
  • Working with Razorfish’s Internal Communications & recognition team on communication needs and be an integral part of program design and implementation
  • Assist in the implementation of local operational people-related issues (e.g. relocations, immigration, on-boarding of new hires, etc.)
  • Counseling management in Employee Relations issues and responding to inquiries regarding people policies, procedures and programs
  • Partners with Learning and Development team on local training needs and participates in program delivery
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders of other Groupe agencies in same location to help encourage strategies and programs that strengthen the culture of the region and support the company’s ability to attract and retain talent.
  • Provide coaching and consulting to managers regarding team planning, employee relations, and employee training and development.
  • Travel will be preferred (i.e. Occasional trips to Austin)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Talent Strategy and executive partnership experience
  • Experience in professional services environment required (i.e. advertising firm, consulting firm focused on business strategy, technology and/or marketing services solutions)
  • Superior Program/Project/Process Management skills & experience
  • Very deep MS Office skills – especially Excel (ability to create pivot tables, lookups etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering a collaborative working environment between people and teams through coaching & personal example
  • Exceptional time and priority ownership skills
  • Thorough business orientation and demonstrated results at driving business results through human resource based solutions
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams (ideally on a global basis)
  • Bachelor's degree is required and relevant advanced experience and/or degree (HR or business) preferred.
