IT Support Technician (Tier I) - Detroit, MI - $55K

$40,000 - $55,000 depending on experience + BenefitsA successful Managed Service Provider which has been established for close to 25 years is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team ASAP. They are looking for someone at a Tier I level that is eager to learn and develop their skills further in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is the ideal position for the right aspiring IT Professional to kick start their career in Information Technology within a business that cares for its employees' wellbeing, personal development, and growth.This business requires a confident individual to provide technical support to their clients which are made up of small, medium and enterprise sized firms across multiple industries. It is an exciting time to join this company who are expanding, hence the need for additional support staff. They have been providing outstanding Technical Support and Digital Transformation Services across the state of Michigan and further afield, continuing to do so for years to come!Most of the duties will be general day-to-day support, although there will be a requirement to get stuck into project work on client site from time to time. This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there.
