- Work directly with customers on support issues and service requests
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service status updates
- Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations in production and non-production environments and oversee the administration, maintenance, field support, customization and configuration of the platform.
- Order, process, configure, deploy, manage and maintain equipment and inventory
- Ensure security of organization's computer networks and systems by implementing new security measures or tools
- Install and maintain hardware deployments - both end user and server
- Install and maintain software deployments- both end user and server
- Provide desktop and infrastructure support as needed
- Coordinate with carriers, service providers and vendors to correct issues
- Develop, manage and maintain vendor relationships
- Provide technical assistance during mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and maintain support and operational processes
- Configure and maintain management and monitoring systems
- Plan, execute and support office moves EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in an IT Support/Analyst role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 3 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience required, including experience upgrading D365 F&O environments.
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Monitoring and alerting system configuration and management
- Office 365, Azure, AWS and other cloud hosting services Networking protocols and components (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Firewall and router configuration experience a plus
- Virtual machine configuration, deployment and support
