Business Analyst w SFCC EXP

Primary Purpose: The BA will work with the Development partner of the UX team to guide them on best practices for building use cases, requirements, test cases, defining acceptance criteria and mock-ups. As well, support the Development partner in kicking off the creation of the materials and validating when completed. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in product ownership to:

• Develop exacting and thoroughly researched requirements, use cases, test cases, and acceptance criteria code in a team environment, aimed at maximizing the user experience
• Be an expert in trends and best practices in the field
• Know how to extract required information through interviewing process
• Consult with stakeholders to understand their goals, partner with internal and third parties/vendors
• Explain the methodology and processes they follow through a clear instructional voice
• Identify pain points and advise on opportunities to resolve
• Write requirements and execute in Agile environment
• Ensure design solutions are user-centric and business goals are met
• Collaborate with team with an open mind
• Detail-oriented
• Deliver on time

• Proficiency in a variety of tools, and technical considerations needed when designing
• Knowledge of ecommerce and the technologies that drive it
• Excellent communication, presentation skills
• Professionalism while interacting with stakeholders, with an aptitude to answer questions in a simplified manner
• Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working with Tapestry a plus
• Understanding of Amplience, MoovWeb, SFCC, a plus

• 3-5 years related work experience
