- Bachelor Degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience
- IAM Lead with 6+ years of experience in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) vs 6.x
- Experience with installation, configuration and setup of new ISIM instances.
- Experience with directory management such as LDAP/Active Directory solution
- Experience supporting IBM ISIM or ISAM or IGI including initiating certifications and executing reports.
- Previous experience with Linux, WebSphere, DB2, etc.
- Planning and execution in alignment with project objectives and stakeholders
- Status Reporting to project stakeholders
- Risk, schedule and quality management
- Technical guidance and enablement
- Requirement analysis, Solution design and review of deliverables
- Support for UAT and Production rollout
