Java Developer 2 Java Developer Openings! (6 Month Contract-to-Hire)Location: Franklin, TN or Pensacola, FL remote due to COVID (60% remote post COVID)Responsibilities

• Participate in planning meetings, help team create well-written stories and consider customer risks when prioritizing.
• Build code that is well-written according to team development guidelines and software best practices.
• Take high-level descriptions of the desired technical solution and provide functional end results with little supervisory direction.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members across geographical, technical, and functional boundaries.
• Work closely with QA staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of Java Development experience
• On-Premises web application with Java Desktop
• Proven troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on SQL network connections/configurations.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Ability/ experience working directly with customers.
• Comfortable speaking to a server and a desktop view for a non-technical client
