• Lead is responsible for building enterprise test data management strategy focusing on enhanced data provisioning capabilities, data integration and devising efficient TDM processes.
• This role will develop Data Masking & Data Subsetting strategies using TDM and other complementary mechanisms like automation tools, SQL scripts, jobs and programming languages.
• should be prepared to act as a technical expert in their field, focused on the technical aspects of test data masking, architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance.
• This role works with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans.

• Leading Test data Management & Data Masking Implementations
• Enterprise Data Masking Assessment and Implementations using Informatica TDM tool covering
• E2E data flow analysis
• PHI analysis
• Masking scripts preparation
• Masking process definition
• Data subsetting with Talend Extensive knowledge of Databases, Data Warehouses, Business Processes and related data flows and systems integrations
• Healthcare experience is a must
