- Interface with IT customers on level II IT tickets.
- Provide desktop support, Windows 10 OS, and hardware repairs.
- Help customers with VMWare virtual server installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Administrate Active Directory group policy, add users, delete users, and provide access rights.
- Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- Support MS Outlook issues and O365 install & configuration.
- Troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and Cisco ASA Firewall issues.
