"Sr. Functional Tester" to join our team in

"Frisco, TX".This role requires excellent communication skills and can work integrated into existing standing teams. Looking for a team-oriented individual who can be collaborative in an Agile environment. This person needs to have the ability for critical thinking and a gleaning understanding from Agile requirements (user stories, wireframes, etc.)

Day to Day job Duties:
  • Work with Managed Care Business team to capture the requirements for development of integration touch points for TruCare business, integration of correspondence System WebbMason with AWS using SnapLogic, upstream and downstream systems
  • Create systems and technical specification documentation
  • Web portal functions development and testing in agile/devops, hybrid waterfall methodology
  • Coordinate with dev manager and lead, test, release, operations, and business teams through the lifecycle of implementation supporting agile/devops/waterfall methodology and best practices
  • Create unit, integration tests for the implementation and support UAT by business teams
  • Conduct unit testing
  • Bring in automation across the lifecycle using the devops toolchain
  • Bring in hands on experience from full stack development perspective on Microsoft Technologies
  • Work with the team and participate in the daily and weekly standup and cadence meetings, provide dashboard reporting
  • Ability to work in in integrated environment and demonstrate understanding and usage of ALM tool chain

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of Experience of working on applications development, maintenance, and support
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with end to end functional testing experience of Healthcare Payer Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, Encounter areas experience, interfaces, and EDI testing experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Test Planning, Test requirements analysis, test case creation, test execution, reporting, test data creation, test tools experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with ETL/SQL to include strong database programming experience and ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with business users to gather requirements and translate to technical specs
  • Minimum of 1 year of Healthcare provider, payer side of business understanding and implementation/portal development
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer facing role

Preferred Skills: • Agile/Scrum development, DevOps experience
