- Manage multiple mid-large size projects and resource allocation
- Lead agile ceremonies (Scrum Master) and coordinate with Product Owners
- Proactively and routinely identify, mitigate and report project risks, and monitor, track, and report risk remediations
- Contribute to traceability of business requirements, functional requirements and technical requirements and ensure accuracy and customer objectives have been met; Along with: Develop project plans, provide, scope requirements and become a SME of the assigned applications
- Act as the team lead, mentoring, guiding and coordinating assigned staff
- Ensuring staff task sizing is appropriate and they are meeting their commitments
- Provide coaching as needed
