Job Title: Apigee Support Work Location: Bellevue, WA or Atlanta, GA Contract duration: 6 Months Must Have Skills Must have more than 5+ years of Apigee support experience Must have more than 8+ years of API, Microservices and integration platform experience Must have more than 3+ years of Team Lead experience on support projects Selected candidate must be amenable to lead a team of 8 individuals Nice to Have Skills Worked on a Telecommunications domain preferred Apigee development experience is a plus 2 years of experience on Microservices using Java, Springboot Telecom experience on BSS stack (Payments domain) Microservices knowledge using Java, Springboot on Kubernetes platform Detailed Job Description Provide Support (Non-prod/Prod) REST APIs using Apigee on-prem and Cloud and perform triaging activities Strong Experience in Leading Production support projects involving Apigee as the API management/Gateway layer and microservices on Kubernetes as the service layer Flexible to provide weekend and on-call support for critical Production support activties. Support and monitor production and nonproduction Deployment and post validations, Incidents Tickets support, Defects Triage, Environment management, Queries from Business team, New Infra initiatives Implement requirements of the API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, monetization, request and response modifications etc. using Apigee Create REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tool Knowledge on how to convert web services from SOAP to REST or vice-versa, using Apigee API management platform Create custom policies in Java, JavaScript, Node js, etc in Apigee Understanding of API platform to connect to various disparate backend systems for seamless data exchange Minimum years of experience 8+ "Siri info Solutions INC is equal employment opportunity employer"
