C Developer

Experis IT is partnered with the worlds leading provider of secure financial messaging services in their search for C Developers to join their Messaging Services team in Manassas, VA. Scope of Work: Strong C Developers are needed Code, test, review software using technologies including C, STL, Boost, Multithreading, Unix, Perl, Python and XML Requirement analysis and Design of new features and enhancements to existing components Produce/ update solution paper, design documents Support set-up of test environment, write unit test driver, functional drivers Provide support to test environments, QA and production as necessary Required Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience and very good knowledge of C including experience with OO programing techniques, template programing, experience with Boost library 10+ years of strong hands on knowledge of multithreading and synchronization design patterns 5-10 years of development experience in HP-UX and Linux environments 5-10 years experience with UNIX system calls and internals and socket programming and knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS protocols 1-5 years experience with PKI technology and knowledge of scripting (KSH/Python)
