ITIL Change Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Problem Solver/Change Manager with ITIL certification. In this role you will work review data to identify trends and partner with IT and engineering teams to find solutions to reoccurring problems.Must have a strong data analysis background.Must have business analysis experience and the ability to gain rapport with a team.Must have organizational change management experience.Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Service Now Ticketing or similar ticketing software is required.ITIL certification is required.Volt is an equal opportunity employer.
