SEPCIALIST - GLOBAL MEDICAL AFFAIRS CAPABILITIES (GMAC) Main skills we're looking for in candidates as follows: 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience Extensive Medical Affairs background and experience, in particular: o Medical affairs processes, incl SOP, and ability to think through a process, manage related deliverables and downstream activities o Training: ability to manage and create training content, organize and deliver trainings o Operations: has been a system owner in the past and/or has been supporting the business from an operations standpoint Ability to work independently Excellent communication/writing Change Management experience (Base) understanding of the Client Organization Ability to travel for potential on-site trainings Preference to be located around the Upper Gwynedd, PA - Kenilworth ok too, with the possibility to travel to UG for business needsResponsibilities:Client is deploying version 2.0 of a new global technology solution to improve insight collection and management, and the worker will provide services in process improvement, maintenance and operations, system support, process and system training, and provide project management and change management support to the relevant business process owners across the organization. The worker will support the launch, change management, and successful operation of the enhanced process and related new system, by 1) creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures and related trainings, 2) creating, managing, and delivering training content for all applicable markets and audiences, as well as 3) supporting the process lead and the business from a process and system owner/operations standpoint.
