Our client is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who has a background of gathering data, building out analytics, and reporting infrastructure. The right employee will a leader who can assist with building infrastructure for the business's Technology BI and Analytics. This person will also be able to look at data analytics and propose the building of analytical products for customers. This is a full-time/direct hire opportunity.

• Gather data analytics, analyze, and produce data to be consumed by external and internal properties.
• Lead Technology Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives.
• Act as a manager to members of the team.
• Meet with stakeholders to locate opportunities to leverage data for business solutions.
• Approve the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and gathering methods.
• Develop data models and algorithms for data sets.
• Optimize customer experiences, revenue, and ad targeting using predictive models.
• Create processes for monitoring and analyze data and models for performance improvements and accuracy.
