- Work as a product owner of one of the platform teams in a SAFe program
- Drive technology & platform roadmap of the GIS web application
- Work with customer in adopting their standard operating environment currencies to achieve the required targets
- Support operational efficiency roadmap operations team
- Ensure the IT application ecosystem is proactively monitored using various tools like New Relic, Splunk etc & maintain system uptime for applications.
- Ensure reliability of the applications are maintained.
- Converge applications under one umbrella for uptime reporting
- Drive DevOps roadmap for the application ecosystem to provide QoQ improvements
- Ensure user adoption framework is built and scales up for various business functions developed in the application
- Propose transition of the application to an on-prem cloud platform , evaluate challenges in product and mitigate to achieve successful migration on to a cloud platform
- Drive Business continuity roadmap of the application by enabling High Availability and Disaster Recovery in the application.
- Drive the delivery of the requirements along with scrum master
- Represent platform team in PI planning events, give demonstrations of the solutions developed.
- Overall experience of 13+ years with strong experience as an Architect into OSS domain in Telcom industry
- Should have strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills to solve various business problems for the customer
- Should provide thought leadership to customer
- Awareness of GIS domain is a plus so that the person can take decisions conscious of the fact that the application is a GIS one.
- Hands on experience in delivering complex solutions
- Experience in handling projects with large teams 40+ members
- Experience in onshore-offshore delivery model
- Experience in high available, Disaster recovery set up of the application
- Experience in custom built applications along with utilization of various COTs
