REMOTE Dotmatics (ELN) Developer/ Configurator/Admin Open to all experiences of either Development, Administration or Configuration, if you have ELN / Dotmatics experience, we want to hear from you! Primary role is to provide Dotmatics solutions. In this role, candidates will work closely with the customers to understand their needs, analyze their data environment, assist in the design and implementation of our solutions and aid in integration with their data systems. Design, develop, and maintain templates, workflows, and reports to implement laboratory business processes in Electronic Lab Notebook (Dotmatics) Design develops, and maintain efficient solutions to integrate ELN with other laboratory and Enterprise systems Work with laboratory business groups to understand business process and gather requirements. Responsible for testing of their work to ensure requirements are met and resolve any identified bugs Troubleshoot and resolve the bugs identified in the software Participate in design and code reviews to review system design and code to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies. Maintain detailed technical documentation on design, features and architecture. Co-ordinate with vendor to report and resolve product bugs and enhancements Demonstrate new features and customizations to laboratory business groups. Assist system administration team in installation, configuration, and deployment of custom solutions.
