IT Project Manager

A Project Manager is responsible for driving moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Leads and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. Could be technical or non-technical.

QUALIFICATIONS

-10+ years of previous project/program management and/or relevant experience

-Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project or program management processes and methodologies, as well as, project lifecycle

-Experience driving large scale change efforts in an Agile product development environment

-Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams

-Familiarity with Project Management tools

Additional Skills:

-Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)

-Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries

-Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience

-10+ years of previous project/program management and/or relevant experience

-Version One, MS Project and Clarity (preferred)
