Technical Business Analyst - 100% Remote

WORK FROM ANYWHERE! Global high-tech firm seeking a Technical Business Analyst for their growing enterprise software team! These technical BA's are given the opportunity engage with the full lifecycle of the product, from requirements gathering to design, development and support. This allows you to have your hands in the entire product, be creative, and take ownership. This isa fully remote team so you can work from anywhere! Ultimately you will own multiple project go-lives involving product business analysis, sales estimates, project design, testing, configuration, go live implementation, support, and transitions to client care. Day-to-day you will:

• Participate in daily SCRUM meetings
• Write user stories
• Help prioritize product backlog and act as SME for development and/or services organizations
• Help remove business-related blockers to keep developing teams progressing
• Design and execute software implementations for enterprise customers
• Integrate with a growing team to learn and teach as we build a challenging and exciting new platform

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 7+ years related Business or Systems Analyst experience working with enterprise software
• Track record of success working in Agile/Scrum software dev environments
• Experience executing requirements gathering sessions/workshops with clients and product management
• Experience supporting development projects by scoping features, identifying requirements, mapping data and building a knowledge base
• Creating and maintaining user stories
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate and reliable integration of the products
• Conducting Agile development planning sessions
• Presenting feature's requirements and identifying effort required for the development, integration, and testing teams
• Experience presenting at the Executive level
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously to tackle large projects without close monitoring

• Experience with Retail domains or Omni channel applications
• Experience with Enterprise Order Management (EOM)
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Jira
• Project Management experience
• Product development experience
