Investment Solutions sits within the central group at PMX to support agency investment teams maximize their ability to create and execute holistic digital investment strategies. Clients capitalize on the value we drive, when effectively utilizing the full suite of PMX products and direct-to-market solutions we have at our disposal.

The team works across all Publicis Media agencies to drive digital investment frameworks, maintain regular connection and consultatively drive value on a client-by-client basis.

As a Supervisor on the team you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Investment, Strategy, and Digital Activation teams across a roster of clients with the objective to deploy the value of PMX products, services, capabilities, and partnerships to deliver on client objectives. This role serves as a unique value to our agency teams in understanding and conveying the depth and breadth of our PMX offering.

You’ll be measured on your ability to demonstrate comprehension of our PMX products, solutions, and services and in your ability to consultatively position them in the context of a client’s media investment strategy resulting in growth and adoption.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support key client media planning, strategy, and investment related work with the objective to better identify, substantiate, and convert media investments into strategically beneficial ways of buying media for our clients utilizing PMX and Publicis Media solutions.
  • Responsible for representing our PMX capabilities to our agencies (and clients) and supporting investment and planning initiatives to close the gap where necessary.
  • Represent digital media investment expertise within the Investment Solutions team including the development of strategic media planning and measurement frameworks.
  • Support the development of content that aligns to our content agenda providing POVs, playbooks, and frameworks for our Investment Solutions areas of focus.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years’ experience in media strategy, planning, or investment related roles in a media agency
  • Must have a working comprehension of digital media broadly, with specific domain understanding within programmatic, search, and social a plus
  • Strong presentation skills are critical
  • Strong communications skills; written, verbal and in-person
  • Must be constantly curious and able to react calmly in a fast-paced environment
