Stefanini is looking for a Inside Sales Representative in Remote Location. Responsibilities: Transactional focus typically assigned to a higher volume sales queue or specific segment.Entry-level representative, learning segment and product/service offerings.Regular coaching/mentoring required.Frequent contact with leader Increases product knowledge Increases usage of different mediums (chat, social media, co-sharing of desktop, etc.)Inside sales role, which primarily takes calls on an inbound phone queue and sells direct to the consumer. Responds to customer inquiries.May direct customers to website or other company resources for information. Works effectively in a team environment.Requirements:Strong communication skills, written and spoken.Min 1 year sales (IT) experience.Ability to multi-task - Ability to work under pressure.We are looking for candidates that are self-driven with a strong desire for sales. We"re basically looking for someone who is looking to grow from a junior assistant sales admin role; has some technical (IT) background and is self-motivating to be able to move forward towards their next role within the company (after 9-months).Support 4-5 inside sales reps with the day to day administrative tasks such as: Processing purchase orders Customer returns, complaints, invoice issues Additional tasks will be assigned.
