BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTJoin a global leader in professional services as a Business Systems Analyst as a crucial part of a team dedicated to ensuring we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of our enterprise business systems based on the needs of the user base in various functional groups. You'll use your excellent technical and communication skills to create a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs in order to administer, enhance, configure, and maintain order management systems accordingly.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Extensive knowledge of order to cash process.
  • Ability to work independently to define solutions supporting various enhancement requests.
  • Proven track record to deliver roadmap projects on time and on budget.
  • Successful experience working on large, complex projects across multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them.
  • Strong technical aptitude with aligning technology to business requirements.
  • Self-starter ability to drive projects forward with limited oversight.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database design. Ability to write SQL queries.

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and B2B Commerce
  • Experience with Order Management Systems (NetSuite, MultiPub, and Softrax is desired)

EDUCATION:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working as a Systems Analyst in an Agile environment
  • 3+ years working and communicating with business stakeholders at all levels
  • 3+ years working with Order Management Systems and CRMs (Salesforce is preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs, writes, tests, implements and maintains configuration, scripts and workflows supporting Order Management Systems (OMSs)
  • Provide analysis and guidance for efficient design, configuration, and implementation of system enhancements
  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported for our Order Management Systems (OMSs) and Salesforce instances
  • Triage issues and escalate as needed to Product Owner by providing troubleshooting results and analysis
  • Serve as the liaison between stakeholders from multiple internal departments and the development/technology team on prioritized backlog projects submitted by stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders and Business Transformation Architects to understand business requirements and help construct a project backlog
  • Work with Scrum team to define data and system workflows to support complete solutions
  • Perform tasks in an Agile environment to complete user stories as assigned
  • Conduct moderate software configuration management activities as requested by the business
  • Communicate updates back to stakeholders as support tickets and projects move forward
  • Create and manage user accounts to all business systems
  • Procure and manage user software licenses for all business systems
  • Assist with business system regulatory, security, compliance, and audit efforts Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
