Responsible for providing entry-level end user support for software, hardware, and network assistance. Relies on pre-established procedures and instructions to identify, research, and resolve technical problems presented through user phone calls and ticketing systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Identify and correct operational issues on client computer systems.• Perform light lifting (up to 25 pounds).• Prioritize end-user issues.• Prioritize, communicate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Demonstrate proficiency in Internet-related applications such as email clients and web browsers.• Provide client support to troubleshoot and resolve service desk issues related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network.• Uphold and maintain support for the agency values and IT Team processes• Must have operational experience with Active Directory.• Must have operational experience with hardware placement of Windows 10• ITIL certification preferred but not required. ITIL experience highly desired.• Hands on operational experience with 0365 accounts, installs and support experience

Requirements:• AA degree in IT related field• At least one year of general service desk or related IT experience• Ability to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls, and other electronic communications• Experience with hardware and software issues• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills• Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and organized• Ability to solve practical problems and address situations where only limited standardization exists• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or other form
