Salary Range: N/ACVPartners is working with a client whose a software company in the pharmaceutical space that is seeking a Support Technician who can field calls and emails from customers. He/she will be required to diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues in a largely Windows environment. CompTIA A+ Certification is strongly preferred. The ideal person will be able to work independently as he/she will join a very small (but profitable!) company. Requirements:
  • Strong in a Windows environment
  • Proven success fielding both email and phone support issues
  • CompTIA A+ Cert
  • Accountable, self-starter with strong work ethic!
  • Networking exposure (nice-to-have)
Located in the South San Francisco area – close to 280 freeway. Looking to start immediately. Must be able to work onsite 9am – 5pm.
