myRNStaffing Solutions is assisting our client in Warren, Michigan to fill a 13-week travel assignment. This position is working home care Monday-Friday in the Madison Heights area. This is a late-night shift working 4p - midnight.

Responsibilities of Home Health Registered Nurse:
Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional practice.
Carries out functions according to medical center policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.
Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Requirements of Home Health Registered Nurse:
Minimum Experience: 1 year Home Health & Oasis
Charting Experience: Home Care Home Base preferred
Michigan State license required, BLS and ACLS.
