Title: Staff Accountant

Job Status: Full-Time

Reports To: CFO

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the accounting department with data entry, recording, analyzing, and processing financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and balance the general ledger – create any necessary adjusting entries.

Assist in the monthly close process.

Balance sheet reconciliations

Assist in generating financial reports.

Ad Hoc Analysis

Assist in annual audit preparation.

Handle other accounting functions as needed.

Budgetary Responsibilities – Data Collecting and Analyzing

Revenue Generating Responsibility – Data Collecting and Analyzing

Inventory/Company Assets – Data Collecting and Analyzing

Employment Standards:

Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting

Business Central-MS Dynamics ERP experience

Strong multi-tasking skills

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

1-2 years of previous staff accounting experience preferred.

Hours of Operation:

This position will operate Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm

This position may exceed normal operating hours

Travel Requirements:
