We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our client ASM Research. The Project Coordinator works on programs/projects in support of varying government contracts. Performs a variety of administrative and program/project functions. Responsible for tracking contract deliverables and the overall program/project schedule. This may include project tasks, configuration actions, and risks. Typically works on multiple smaller scale projects.

Job Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring all program/project documentation is developed, edited, and delivered on time and within set standards. This includes adhering to and maintaining project schedules. Collaborates with team members, vendors, and/or customers of all demographics and professional levels to achieve program/project success and customer satisfaction. Maintains and updates team collaboration site. Informs program/project team of any updated information or change in policies related to the project. Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses and recommending cost saving actions. Supports the program or project manager to ensure all documentation is developed, edited and delivered on time and within set standards. This includes adhering to and maintaining project schedules. Proofreads and edits project reports and contract deliverables. Packages and publishes reports and deliverables to project stakeholders. Tracks and reports on program/project risks. Recommends changes that will reduce or eliminate program/project risks. Supports project management phases such as planning, execution, and result monitoring. Adheres to the project schedule and monitors changes in contract plans. Supports CMMI/AIMM processes by maintaining documentation, supporting configuration management audits. Provides recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness of work operations.

Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred Certifications/Licensures: Working towards a PMP, CAPM or Scrum Master a plus Relevant Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience working on projects/programs supporting government contracts
