Located in Livingston, California, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role.What you get to do every day- Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems- Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internallyIf interested in this Help Desk role, please send resumes to or call me at Requirements - Must be open to working Swing/Graveyard/Weekend shifts - Familiarity with basic networking concepts- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued- 2+ years of prior experience- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Remote Access experience- Expertise in Remote Assistance- Computer Hardware experience- Application support experience highly desired- Foundational knowledge in Desktop Hardware Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
