Job DescriptionA long standing and greatly established company in the Fresno, CA area is looking for a Director of IT that can be a large part in bridging their success into the new decade. You will be the leader and architect of all things technology and the key in the car that drives growth. As Director of IT, you will ensure that all business systems (ERP and support systems) are functioning at their highest level of effectiveness and efficiency. Not only will you be maintaining systems that are already in place, but creating and managing internal and external interfaces and data. Additionally, this role involves you being a key executive and communicating and participating in executive and management meetings. The company is located in the Freson, CA area. This role will require you to be on-site in the Fresno office. This is a full-time role. You will be working within the transportation, auto supplier, and retail industries.Role & Responsibilities You will be
- Working with uptime and availability of all applications and network, including Five 9s
- Keeping the systems running effectively with upgrades and refreshes
- Managing an entire Five 9s network, including FaaS
- Leading and implementing all improvements that are necessary to business systems
- Managing, designing, and architecting all applications
- Gaining feedback for any improvements, and working with end users and executives to understand and use feedback
- Measuring performance of the business systems in place, currently PRTG platform
- Maximizing the value of business systems by collaborating with vendors and partners
- Top-to-bottom work on interfaces and data, which include EDI and APIs, between internal systems and outside systems
- 12+ years of IT experience (or related field)
- 7+ years of ERP experience which should include every key module (CRM, WMS, LMS, Finance, Production, etc.)
- 8+ full implementations of full module ERP systems
- Management knowledge of SQL
- Basic JavaScript
- Basic HTML
- Integration Skills, including EDI and APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, which involves ability to communicate with non-technical people
- Distinguished leadership ability
- Technical communication skills within a document retention system
- Understanding of Office 365, cloud environments and hosted PBX
