Role: Zuora Business System Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: Contract Job Description:
- 5+ years experience with Zuora preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill set.
- Must be experienced in Zuora implementation and methodologies and process.
- Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team.
- Must develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.
- Ability to work with a fast paced and agile team focused on strong execution.
- Support and test integrations between Zuora billing, Salesforce CRM, Oracle NetSSuite and Data Warehouse systems.
- Administer Zuora application access and maintain security controls and system compliance.
- Have experience on greenfield Zuora implementation
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues and work with the team to resolve.
- Build and deliver reports in Zuora and insightful data to our business users.
- Provide analysis and testing of data for delivery of actionable results to leadership.
- Create and run data migration and mass-updates using the Zuora API set based on business requests.
- Provide user support.
- Partner closely with Sales and Finance & Accounting on diligently troubleshooting and resolving Zuora related issues
