Software Engineer

Volt | Software Engineer | Spokane, WASUMMARYThis is a 6+ month contract position for one of our client’s in the Spokane area. A successful candidate will have strong “C” programming experience, experience in Linux in a build environment, and Bash scripting. POSITION SUMMARY:

• This position will be providing assistance to our client’s software development team in order to support their ongoing products. You will be engaging with other engineers for design requirements, code revises, and guidance.

• Assist in the development of software for new and ongoing projects.
• Support testing and validation, analysis, and reporting.

• 3+ years of programming experience and language experience in C/C
• Fluency in Linux/Unix-like operating systems
• Analytic and troubleshooting skills
• General knowledge of CPU, memory, and OS kernels
