Business Analysis and Solution Design: Partner with the Business Analysts and/or Project Managers to review the business requirements and proposed technical specifications to determine the appropriate declarative or programmatic solution using the Salesforce platform and supporting technologies
  • Hands-on Development: Create or update solution in a development environment in an iterative, agile, and collaborate manner including, but not limited to, the creation of custom objects and fields, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, Apex triggers, controllers, and classes, batch processes, etc.
  • Testing: Ensure all programmatic solutions have the proper and sufficient test coverage; unit test all solutions ahead of passing on to the Analysts and end-users for further acceptance testing
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Participate in the end-to-end process of analysis, design, development and testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation.
  • 3+years’development experience with

    Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Design System, Microsoft Visual Studio IDE, SQL server automation, JavaScript, .Net, CSS, JQuery, SOAP/REST API
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry, specifically the Alternative Asset Management arena a plus
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism;
  • Able to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and thrive in a high-pressure fast paced environment;
  • Energized by learning new things and engaging across a wide range of issues;
  • Able to exercise sound judgment; and
  • Ability to work with strong, diverse teams of people with multiple perspectives, talents, and backgrounds.
