What you will be doing
- Maintain continuous contact with key customers to obtain feedback regarding product and service quality. Keep track of deadlines and expectations around technology and service setup and usage
- Review product usage with customers, recommend improvements, help to implemented best practices and create customer specific support documentation
- Help onboard new customers and internal stakeholders, train customers and internal stakeholders on new features
- Create case studies in cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders
- Funnel customer feedback into the product development process
- Improving user documentation and guides
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and impeccable English
- Strong empathy for the customer combined with an ability to triage support requests
- Experience in customer support and account management
- Experience with creating documentation for technology products
- Experience with agile working methodologies is a plus
