What you will be doing

  • Maintain continuous contact with key customers to obtain feedback regarding product and service quality. Keep track of deadlines and expectations around technology and service setup and usage
  • Review product usage with customers, recommend improvements, help to implemented best practices and create customer specific support documentation
  • Help onboard new customers and internal stakeholders, train customers and internal stakeholders on new features
  • Create case studies in cooperation with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Funnel customer feedback into the product development process
  • Improving user documentation and guides
Your Profile
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and impeccable English
  • Strong empathy for the customer combined with an ability to triage support requests
  • Experience in customer support and account management
  • Experience with creating documentation for technology products
  • Experience with agile working methodologies is a plus
