Kelly Services is seeking an IT/Systems Administrator (Icertis Contract Management) to join their team in Cupertino, CA/Remote for an American multinational technology company. For immediate consideration, please email your resume directly to: as well as apply online.IT/Systems Administrator (Icertis Contract Management) 12 Months (contract - W2) Pay Rate: TBD/BOEPosition: Legal is seeking a specialist to support contract library administration. The person filling this position will validate and build language clauses and interviews (wizards), proof contract documents, and perform other tasks as necessary to support contract library administration and contracting functions worldwide. This position reports to the Commercial Legal Systems team.Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have superior written and verbal communication skills. They will be an independent, out-of-the-box, analytical thinker who can implement solutions and strategies for the business that are scalable. They should have experience participating in projects requiring process and data integration across multiple systems and functional areas of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Divide contract documents into different clauses or sections based on the established policies and guidelines.
  • Update system interviews and components.
  • Develop complex clause templates using word processor and upload them into internal tools.
  • Compare and identify the changes between various versions of the Contract documents.
  • Coordinate validation and updates to the contract library with cross functional team members.
  • Quality assurance activities.
  • Production support activities.
  • Document status of projects using internal tools.
  • Proofreading contract documents generated by Internal Contract system, and make corrections as needed.
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction, ability to manage multiple changing priorities, and a collaborative style are required.
  • Certified Icertis Contract Management admin (or willingness to be certified within 1 month of engagement at own cost).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (must have used advanced features like headers, page breaks, styles, tables, and formatting, etc.).
  • Experience working with cross functional groups.
  • Great attention to detail, strong editing/proofreading skills and accurate data entry.
  • Initiative, drive, and a positive attitude are required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or) High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
  • Must demonstrate high personal and professional ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with contracts either in contract operations group, law firm or other related function.
  • 2+ years Icertis experience.
  • System security fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS environment, Word for Mac, FileMaker Pro, and Keynote.
Key Relationships:
  • CLM Systems team.
  • GEO Contracts teams, AMR, JPAC, EMEIA.
  • WW IST project teams supporting: CLM, eSign, GMACC.
  • Sales and Global Finance Shared services.
