Job DescriptionHighly regarded as the industry leader, the company is looking for an expert in Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) to match their commitment to excellence. You will lead the functional and administrative responsibilities of the Syteline business system. You will have the ability to put your leadership, technology, and communication skills to the test. You will work with users to perform business analysis in order to create processes that address complex operational situations. Additionally, you will see this through with designing, documenting and integrating your processes into the existing Syteline environment and working with the user community. The company is located in the Twin City metro area. Travel required for first 5-6 months. Once comfortability with the team is established, this will be phased out. This is a full-time, permanent role, with work taking place during normal working hours (Monday-Friday). Your work is mainly performed in an office environment or computer room.Role & Responsibilities

  • Primary liaison with software vendor and Syteline for problem resolution, programming, editing and upgrading
  • Oversee Syteline system effectiveness and administration
  • Functional support activities for Syteline business system include addressing user problems and user enhancement requests
  • Understanding company information and process needs in order to apply them to system capabilities
  • Syteline System Administration through user administration, report setups, IDO changes, personalization, data adjustments and data loads, background task monitoring, and more
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, Information systems or related field
  • 5+ years hands on manufacturing industry experience and in-depth knowledge of Syteline processes, as well as business oriented application of this knowledge
  • 5+ years Syteline Experience including configuration, user support and system administration
  • Be able to work independently and in a team
  • Applicable experience in accompanying a group through a dramatic change in work practice
  • Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Self-confident, self-motivated
  • Business Systems implementation experience
  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic, and high-energy work environment
